Forgent Studio (“we”, “us”) collects only what we need to respond to inquiries and book workflow audits. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company size, primary need, and a description of the bottleneck. FormSubmit may send you an automatic confirmation email. Then the founder replies from contact@forgentstudio.com.

How it is processed

Form submissions are delivered to contact@forgentstudio.com via FormSubmit, which processes data on our behalf to deliver that service.

Analytics

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site, it records page views and successful enquiry form returns so we can see which pages are used and which briefs arrived. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. The measurement ID lives in the site script. Analytics does not run until that ID is set. To opt out, use a browser that blocks analytics scripts, or email contact@forgentstudio.com.

Retention & contact

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to evaluate and reply to a project. To access, correct, or delete your information, email contact@forgentstudio.com.
