Who We Are & Our Philosophy
Forgent Studio is an independent AI engineering and software development practice founded by Vikas Chaurasia. The studio operates on a straightforward principle: “Scoped here. Shipped here.”
Unlike traditional agencies that sell you on senior talent during sales calls only to hand execution off to junior contractors or account coordinators, at Forgent Studio you collaborate directly with the engineering team from Day 1. There are no project management layers, no miscommunicated specifications, and no long agency queues.
What We Build
Two services, built the same way: read the input, check it against your rules, and ask a person to approve anything important.
- Lead and Enquiry Response: Every enquiry and missed call gets a fast, correct first reply. The system answers, asks the missing questions, books the good leads and hands the rest to your team, across forms, email, WhatsApp and phone, with the CRM and calendar kept up to date.
- Document and Back-Office Checking: Invoices, orders and forms are read and checked against your own rules and records. Only the exceptions reach a person, and anything that moves money waits for human approval.
Every build comes with an operations portal: one screen where your team approves, tracks and sees what the system did and how much time it saved. It is part of the build, not an extra.
